This smoke stack is in North Little Rock on the River Road right up from where Vestal's used to be. Wondering if anyone knows anything about it or what the property used to be?

I don't know anything about the property...but, I love the smoke stack. I'm curious...what exactly is Vestals? (obviously not from LR).
