This hotel is located in Poinsett County. I always wonder what it would have been like to live in a house like this back in the day. It was a railroad hotel. Where did the train stop. Did they get excited in anticpation at its arrival? Did it stop every day? Just a few thoughts as I picture people standing on the front porch.

I don't know why these pictures come out offset. Its perfectly centered. hmmmm....crossing my eyes.
That sunbeam feature is very very nice.
Certainly not what you find on most houses, I agree. Made me think of bright sunny people living there.
